Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with both existing clients and new prospects
- Design compliant, effective Fire & Life Safety systems aligned with customer needs and regulatory standards
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual targets for installation value, gross margin, and recurring revenue
- Lead proactive business development initiatives within your territory
- Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline to support short and long-term success
- Strong technical understanding of either Fire Systems or Security Systems
- Familiarity with British Standards in fire safety (FIA certification is a plus, not a must)
- A background in technical sales or hands-on engineering experience with a desire to move into sales
- Solid planning, territory management, and consultative selling skills
- Full UK driving licence
