We are looking to hire a Business Administrator to our team here at Mentor in Huddersfield. Salary: Up to £27,000 dependent on experience

Duties:
- Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased
- Answer basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders
- Resolve basic customers' service or billing complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
Marketing and Accounts Support Experience:
- A background in business administration
- Microsoft Word and Excel
