Business Support Administrator

We\’re looking to hire a Business Administrator to our team here at Mentor in Huddersfield.

Salary: Up to £27,000 dependent on experience

Duties

• Obtain customers\’ names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased
• Answer basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders
• Resolve basic customers\’ service or billing complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Marketing and Accounts Support

Experience

• A background in business administration
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask
