This is a full-time hybrid role, based in the South East, with a combination of remote work and on-site responsibilities. The Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CCTV, Access control and Security systems across various client sites. Key duties include:
- Providing technical support
- Performing field services
- Conducting site inspections
- Ensuring systems meet compliance and safety standards
- Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively
- Proficiency in Field Service tasks, including installations and on-site repairs
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair for fire and security systems, ensuring consistent reliability
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Capability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant certifications and training in fire and security systems are beneficial
- A valid driver’s license for travel to various client locations
