Base of £32K, 6 month guarantee (at £45K) with a first year OTE of £50K

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of fire safety systems (and ancillary equipment) to relevant British Standards whilst adhering to health & safety requirements (full training provided).
- Perform maintenance and repairs. Field-based; plan own day and visit customer premises across the region.
- Provide technical advice to customers on fire safety best practices and help them comply with fire safety regulations.
- Respond to service calls: troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and safety.
Qualifications
- Technical / industry knowledge: competent to work on a wide range of systems, both addressable and conventional (including aspirating and gas suppression systems).
- BS5839 qualification or experience desirable (but not essential).
- 18th edition electrical qualification desirable (but not essential).
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills: ability to assess potential risks and propose practical solutions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: effective communication with stakeholders and customers; strong teamwork and customer‑service orientation.
- Adaptability to handle dynamic situations and changing regulations.
- Full current UK driving licence.
