Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition) to join our UKI Talent Team on a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent for today and the future. You can be based remotely, ideally within reasonable commuting distance to our Blackburn office. There may be occasional travel to other UK & Ireland office locations.

What You’ll be Doing as a Sourcing Consultant (Talent Acquisition)

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across our sales and operations functions.
  • Utilise platforms such as Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, professional networks, social media, referrals, and talent communities to source candidates.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, competitors, and potential candidates.
  • Perform initial candidate outreach and engagement through personalised messaging and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Partner closely with TABPs and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, required skills, and market trends.
  • Track sourcing metrics including pipeline health, outreach response rates, and candidate conversations.

What We Would Like You To Bring

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates across sales and operations/engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong research, organisational, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience). 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Company Pension Scheme (5% matched).
