Looking for an opportunity within a business that offers a genuine ‘people first’ culture? As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a commercially minded Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. You will be proactive and detail-oriented to support the efficiency, reporting, and continuous improvement of our sales operations function. This role is for a graduate or entry-level analyst and will play a key part in analysing sales performance, maintaining accurate data, supporting reporting processes, and helping drive operational improvements across the commercial team.
You will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations. Experience with Power BI and the Microsoft Dynamics platform would be beneficial, although not essential. This is a hybrid role combining remote working with attendance at meetings and collaborative sessions at our head office in Blackburn as required. Candidate would ideally be based in the north-west.

What you will be doing as a Sales Operations Analyst:
- Developing meaningful sales dashboards turning data into insights that can be acted upon
- Support the sales team with data accuracy, reporting, and operational processes
- Analyse sales trends, pipeline activity, and business performance
- Maintain and govern key sales reporting dashboards
- Assist with forecasting, KPI tracking, pipeline health, and sales performance reporting
- Maintain and improve CRM & CPQ data quality and reporting standards
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support the administration and optimisation of sales systems and tools
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and projects as required
- Lead initiatives to simplify and standardise the commercial reporting landscape, ensuring consistent reporting practices, improved data quality, and enhanced business insight across commercial functions
