Working Hours
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary
£42,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing as Customer Satisfaction Data Analyst
- Collect customer feedback – gather data from surveys, reviews, support tickets, social media, and customer interviews.
- Analyse trends and patterns – look for recurring issues, satisfaction drivers and opportunities for improvement using tools like Excel, Power BI or customer experience platforms.
- Measure customer satisfaction metrics – including Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Customer Effort Score (CES) and churn and retention rates.
- Create reports and dashboards – turn raw data into clear visual summaries for managers and executives.
- Recommend improvements – highlight what’s working, what’s not, and what changes could boost customer loyalty or reduce complaints.
- Collaborate with teams – work with product, marketing, operations and customer service teams to help them understand customer needs.
