We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Fire Alarm and Mechanical Hybrid Engineer to support our team in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarm systems and mechanical building services. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a career in the fire safety and mechanical engineering industry.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, receive hands-on training, and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

SALARY: £29,120.00

  • 23 days plus 8 bank holidays
  • Company vehicle once probation passed
  • Company pension

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in a technical/engineering career.
  • Willingness to learn and take instruction.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems (from school, college, or practical experience).
  • Full UK driving license (or working towards it, depending on region and role).
  • Willing and able to drive long distances, to work away from home staying in hotels when the occasion calls for it.
  • Self-motivated individual who is comfortable working alone, planning their own working schedule.
