We're currently recruiting for a Head of Regional Service here at Chubb F&S across the South of England. As Head of Regional Service, you will lead the Fire and Security service function across your region, ensuring outstanding operational delivery, financial performance, and customer outcomes. This opportunity would suit someone either from our industry or an M&E background.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will be accountable for regional service revenues, contract profitability, customer retention, and the collation of financial forecasts and budget tracking. You will lead a team of Regional Service Leaders and Operations Managers, who in turn manage our field service engineers to deliver safe, compliant, high-quality service.

Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, develop, and manage Service Operation managers, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors. Set clear performance objectives and ensure teams operate efficiently and safely. Support recruitment, training, and development of all service personnel. Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Commercial & Financial Leadership: Manage the regional service P&L, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets. Collate and review monthly financial forecasts and "latest estimate" oversight to ensure accuracy and alignment with regional and national expectations. Monitor status and expedite Service WIP conversion to portfolio and ensure contract profitability analysis informs decision-making. Liaise and drive billing delays and disputes with stakeholders and customers. Support business growth by identifying opportunities to renew, retain, and expand customer contracts; assist in tender response and pricing to protect margins.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure service delivery consistently meets SLAs, emergency response times, and NSI standards. Monitor and act on customer satisfaction data, including Trustpilot reviews, NPS, and renewal feedback, using insights to improve service delivery.
- Operational Leadership: Drive productivity, utilisation, and recovery across the regional service workforce, monitoring absorption and headcount movement. Lead and support Operations Managers to ensure effective planning and on-time delivery of PPMs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior Leadership: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a service-based business, Fire & Security or a comparable technical service industry preferred but not essential.
- Financial Expertise: Track record of P&L management, monthly forecasting, and delivering financial growth at a regional scale.
- Team Management: Experience leading multi-level operational teams (managers and engineers).
- Operational Success: History of managing business optics to achieve results and driving continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management: History of working with sales to achieve overall business goals.
