The main goal of this role is to sell the full portfolio of sprinkler and fire suppression solutions and services to a range of existing customers and new customer prospects within the **North of England** **region**.***We welcome sprinkler engineers who are looking to enter the sales arena. Full sales training will be provided as technical knowledge and expertise is recognized as being invaluable.*****Job Description*** Develop existing and cultivate new customer relationships within your territory in line with your Individual sales plan.* Design sprinkler and fire suppression Systems in line with customer requirements and government regulations* Achieve and exceed monthly / annual targets for installation order value, gross margin, and recurring revenue.* Lead demand-generating activities in an assigned market for the product specialty.* Build a sales pipeline to support the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets for growth**Qualifications*** Technical knowledge of Fire sprinkler and suppression systems and knowledge of British life safety standards* Engineers welcome.* FIA Qualification desired but not essential.* Technical, solution-based sales background* Strong territory management and sales planning skills* Current UK driving licence**Additional information*** Basic salary up to £50k* OTE c80k uncapped (Top performers c. £100k)* Company car or car allowance* Experienced, dynamic and highly skilled leadership team* 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, plus option to purchase additional days* Company pension scheme* A central Benefits programme that offers a wide variety of discounts, soon to include Health & Wellbeing services* Bravo Awards which recognise outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence.* Continuous training and development**More about Chubb Fire and Security and Vipond**At Vipond, you will join a renowned fire safety solution and services business who have protected communities and assets for over 50 years.
