We are looking to hire a Logistics and Stores Lead on a fixed term contract here at Chubb Fire and Security in our Blackburn HQ. A key appointment managing a team of three, this role has a keen focus on relationship management across all associated teams.

SALARY: Up to £35K per annum dependent on experience

Key duties for this role:

  • Manages small projects, from start to finish, or one phase of a large project, so that assignments are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develops and coaches team members on appropriate policies, procedures, and control processes to meet work requirements and business objectives.
  • Accurately forecasts project revenues and re-estimates project costs on a monthly basis.
  • Alerts and assists management team in addressing issues during the project execution period.
  • Communicates professionally and effectively demonstrates continuous improvement including management and execution improvement.
