You will identify and understand any pain points they may have, allowing you to demonstrate compelling value propositions with the goal to retain the customer. This is a desk-based role where you will be working to meet retention targets: Manage CRM database and update all records Manage cancellation requests to influence retention of the customer Make outbound calls to customers and manage the customer status Manage inbound calls for cancellation requests Support the team with technical advice and educate customers Aim to resolve issues and queries at first point of contact Utilise a probing technique to understand their needs and requirements WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday What We Would Like You To Bring You will ideally come from a sales background, specifically within customer retention and you will be able to demonstrate previous success.
