We are looking to add a Regional Engineer to our team here at Chubb Fire and Security to support our Site at Hinkley Point B, supporting our Dungeness site too when required.

SALARY: Opportunity to earn up to £43.5K (dependent on experience) + Oncall + Overtime

Goals And Objectives

• To provide first and second line support activities to all the regional stakeholders, when called upon to do so.
• To provide survey, design, installation and commissioning support for all D&C and project works within the region.
• Completion of project works with timescales and budget.
• Providing technical support, mentoring and escalation resolution resource for regional service engineering pool.

Responsibilities

• To repair, maintain and service systems in accordance with the relevant company procedures, engineer instructions and specific system specifications;
• To undertake project and D&C works in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• Creation of project specific documentation and plans is to meet client requirements.
• Commissioning of systems in accordance with the relevant standards and Codes of Practice;
• QRF production to enable cost effective solutions.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge

• Good basic education.
• Relevant qualification in the electrical/ electronic industry or willingness to undertake formal education.
• Field Service Experience.
• Previous support role experience beneficial.
• High standard of IT skills. (Fully, Computer and operating system literate).

This Regional Engineer role would suit an Engineer bases locally to Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Bath, Glastonbury
