Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we have an opening for an Operations Manager, covering London & The Home Counties. As a Detection & Alarms Operations Manager, you will lead our field operational activity and associated business processes in the delivery of planned, reactive and corrective service, maintenance and works within the Fire Service / Maintenance division. You will also have overall accountability to lead and develop our teams to ensure optimised productivity and service delivery to achieve sustained profitable growth.

SALARY: Opportunity to earn up to £60,000 (dependent on experience), bonus and car / car allowance

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Fire Service / Maintenance engineering team
- Developing the career potential of engineering staff and defining training requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction through maintaining health and safety and quality standards
- Make sure that budgets are met and deliver to our targets
