SALARY: Competitive basic of up to £60k DOE OTE c £100,000 + (uncapped)

What You’ll be Doing as a Key Account Manager?

This is a critical role supporting the growth and retention of our customer relationships. The goal of the role is to provide a high quality of customer experience by engaging the customer proactively and reactively to deliver high levels of customer success.

  • Ensuring the customer is being fully supported by Frontline, researching the customer business, identifying key stakeholders for our value propositions, and building positive experiences of Frontline and the wider Chubb business units.
  • Elevate the Frontline/Chubb Client Value Proposition (CVP) with existing customers in the complex enterprise marketplace.
  • Differentiating Frontline from other suppliers through the quality of insight and relevance that our CVP can create in the customer's business.
  • Introducing compelling rationale with key stakeholders in the customer's organisation to invest time and budget in evaluating the benefit our proposals represent.
  • Contacting the customer to share and agree unconsidered needs that create a sense of increased value the customer can achieve with Frontline and Chubb.
  • Preparing persuasive discussion points that elevate the value Frontline/Chubb CVPs can deliver.
  • Collaborating with our sales teams and support functions to share learning and contribute to accelerating success across the entire sales organisation.
  • Achieving your monthly and annual margin, revenue and renewals sales targets.

What We Would Like You To Bring

  • Good communication skills and the ability to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • A proven track record of achievements in previous roles with evidence of success driven from resourcefulness and self-resilience.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and learn in new environments.
  • Developing sales growth plans for each account to drive good customer experience and increase our share of the customer wallet.
  • Demonstrable business acumen and adaptability.
  • Strong relationship building, rapport creating, listening and questioning skills.
  • Possess good IT skills – able to use Outlook, Word, Excel to a good level.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
