What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and engage new prospects in your target market
- Develop compelling value propositions and uncover unmet customer needs
- Use research and insight to drive conversations and shape proposals
- Engage stakeholders across the customer buying team to build consensus
- Create targeted outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, phone, events)
- Coordinate internal subject matter experts to support your sales efforts
- Deliver product demonstrations and solution-focused presentations
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices
- Maintain accurate sales activity records via CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
What We\’re Looking For
- A proven track record of new business development and B2B sales success
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to explain both technical and non-technical concepts clearly
- Strategic, commercially aware, and focused on customer value
- Organised, proactive, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Experience in technical or software sales is advantageous
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training available)
- Ability to develop and execute structured business development plans
