We're currently recruiting for a Senior Business Systems Solutions Analyst for our team here at Chubb, for a hybrid role, based out of our Blackburn HQ. This role would suit a commercially minded Senior Business Systems Solutions Analyst for the development, integration and continuous improvement of CRM and sales platforms. The role bridges business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party delivery partners to improve sales processes, data quality, automation, reporting, end user support and experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365, CPQ, SQL, SharePoint and the wider Power Platform ecosystem.

Role purpose: Responsible for the development, continuous improvement and operational support of MS Dynamics CRM, CPQ and related business applications used across sales, marketing and service functions. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party delivery partners to deliver solutions that improve productivity, data quality, customer engagement and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide functional leadership and support for the CRM ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, CPQ, HubSpot integrations, SharePoint integrations and Customer Insights / marketing technologies.
  • Provide MS Dynamics end user support and administration in conjunction with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Own the roadmap, backlog and enhancement pipeline for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated sales platforms to support business requirements and growth.
  • Advise on solution design, integration patterns, platform constraints, governance and performance considerations.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements from sales, marketing, service and operational stakeholders.

Candidate profile: This role suits someone who can operate comfortably between business process, system configuration, solution design, delivery governance and hands-on troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be pragmatic, technically credible, commercially aware and able to keep complex cross-functional work moving.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong working knowledge of administration and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse and the Power Platforms.
  • Experience owning or shaping CRM roadmaps, enhancement backlogs and release priorities.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into practical functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with sales process automation, lead allocation, quote/proposal processes and customer-facing workflows.
  • Understanding of integrations between CRM and external platforms such as marketing systems, portals, CPQ tools, SharePoint or BI platforms.
