Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Blackburn to manage key customer accounts with proactive, data-driven support.

You will work closely with Account Directors to handle day-to-day client expectations, manage outstanding jobs, and build strong professional relationships.

Ideal candidates will be natural communicators with a track record in coordinating national accounts, superb IT literacy, especially Excel, and the ability to multitask and prioritise to meet SLAs.
