We’re seeking a strategic and customer-focused Service Proposition Manager to lead the development and delivery of compelling service propositions. You’ll turn insight into impact—shaping go-to-market messaging, driving marketing campaigns, and leading service launches that align with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Voice of the Customer sessions to gather actionable insight
  • Develop value propositions using the SISI model (Solve, Improve, Save, Increase)
  • Define messaging and support campaign execution in partnership with marketing
  • Launch new services, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track success metrics
