SALARY: Opportunity to earn to £40,000 (This includes basic and additional supplements – base is determined on experience)

What you will do
- Install and commission fire detection systems such as smoke detectors, fire alarms, and control panels according to specifications and safety standards
- Install and maintain fire suppression systems including sprinklers, gaseous suppression, foam, and chemical extinguishing systems
- Conduct testing, fault-finding, and commissioning to ensure fire detection and suppression systems operate reliably and meet regulatory compliance
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and remedial works on installed fire alarm and suppression equipment to guarantee system effectiveness
- Document all installation, testing, and maintenance activities accurately, including site paperwork and compliance records
- Liaise with clients and project teams to understand site-specific fire safety requirements and provide technical input.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on site and comply with industry standards and legal fire safety regulations
What we look for
- Proven experience installing and commissioning fire detection systems such as fire alarms, smoke detectors, and control panels
- Experience conducting system testing, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and commissioning to meet operational and safety standards
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations, compliance codes, and industry standards relevant to fire detection and suppression systems
- Experience working on-site with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver fire safety projects on time
- Customer-facing experience providing user training, system demonstrations, or basic support related to installed fire safety systems
- Driving Licence: Full current UK driving licence
