Here at Chubb Fire & Security we have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent & Performance Lead to join our UKI Talent Team. You will be responsible for future proofing the business through Talent Management, Talent Identification, Performance Enablement and Succession planning activities, enabling career growth and strengthening organisational capability.

You will be based remotely ideally within reasonable commuting distance to our Staines office. There will be occasional travel to other UK & Ireland office locations.

What You’ll be Doing as a Talent & Performance Lead

  • Partner with Global Talent Team and HR Business Partners (HRBP), to carry out a full Talent Review Process to gather intelligence of performance/potential and successor insight.
  • Partner with Global Team and HRBPs to lead on the delivery of all cyclical activities (Performance Enablement), i.e. Objective setting, Talent Review, Objective Review, Performance Review.
  • Continuous development of Performance Enablement, to ensure alignment of individual and team objectives with the business objectives.
  • Identification of Talent with high potential or critical skills and key talent groups.
  • Conduct career conversations, supporting to develop IDPs, and identify talent for opportunities.
  • Identification & activation of development interventions for key talent groups.
  • Collaborate with L&D Lead to inform on development gaps and identify development interventions.
  • Facilitate development of identified talent groups through career conversations and IDPs.
  • Data Driven Decision Making.

What We Would Like You To Bring

  • Proven experience in Talent Management including talent identification, performance enablement and succession planning.
  • Experience of Talent Identification and in the design of development interventions.
  • Ability to conduct career conversations and support with IDP development.
  • Ability to develop a blueprint for succession planning.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.

SALARY: Up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
