We're on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the fire Mechanical division. As a key player in our sales team, the main goal of this role is to sell the full portfolio of fire mechanical systems service contracts to a range of existing customers and new business customers within the UK.

Job Description:
Reporting into Fire Mechanical, as the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Growing Our Net New Service Portfolio as well as increasing current customer portfolio within the UK
- Driving new business sales, identifying and engaging prospects directly
- Managing existing accounts and strategically growing the portfolio
- Researching and uncovering customer needs, creating urgency and compelling value propositions
- Preparing persuasive proposals that inspire change and deliver clarity to customer stakeholders
- Building strategies for prospect engagement across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone, events)
- Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to progress opportunities through the sales funnel
- Sharing insights and contributing to team success across the wider sales organisation
- Managing performance through CRM systems and consistently achieving revenue and margin targets
- Upholding company policies, compliance, and health and safety standards
This is a home-based role, covering the UK.

- A successful background in solution selling Fire suppression Service Sales would be an advantage
