At Chubb Fire & Security, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Service Estimator to support our growing Service Proposition and Sales teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of pricing models, develop strategic estimates, and play a key role in strengthening our service proposals to customers across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your analytical skills, commercial awareness, and creativity in a role where your input will directly influence business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate closely with the Proposition and Sales Teams to shape competitive and customer-aligned pricing strategies
  • Design and maintain pricing calculators, ensuring accuracy, usability, and training for internal stakeholders
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to inform pricing decisions and identify trends
  • Present pricing rationale and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to build robust and competitive estimates
  • Review historical data to refine and optimise future pricing models
  • Contribute to the evolution of service propositions through creative, ‘blue sky’ thinking

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in estimating, pricing analysis, commercial modelling, or a related role
  • Strong data analysis and Excel/modelling skills
  • Ability to communicate technical and commercial concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with an eye for process improvement and value creation
  • Experience within technical services, facilities, or engineering sectors is advantageous
