At Chubb Fire & Security, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Service Estimator to support our growing Service Proposition and Sales teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of pricing models, develop strategic estimates, and play a key role in strengthening our service proposals to customers across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate closely with the Proposition and Sales Teams to shape competitive and customer-aligned pricing strategies
- Design and maintain pricing calculators, ensuring accuracy, usability, and training for internal stakeholders
- Analyse data from multiple sources to inform pricing decisions and identify trends
- Present pricing rationale and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to build robust and competitive estimates
- Review historical data to refine and optimise future pricing models
- Contribute to the evolution of service propositions through creative, ‘blue sky’ thinking
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in estimating, pricing analysis, commercial modelling, or a related role
- Strong data analysis and Excel/modelling skills
- Ability to communicate technical and commercial concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
