We\’re looking to add a Senior Coordinator to our team here at Chubb Community Care, to play a senior role within the team. Based out of our Blackburn HQ this role will support the team manager to ensure team metrics and goals are met coupled with the continuous improvement of key processes.

SALARY: Up to £29K dependent on experience

Responsibilities
- To support team manager to ensure teams metrics and goals are met
- Support and encourage continuous improvement of team key processes
- Provide HR support to team manager where required – 121’s team meetings etc.
- Support team training, mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Cover team manager role when on leave
- To take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of 1st line support for Team
- Proactive and timely portfolio cleanse – Terminations, site additions, adhoc cleanse
- Pro-active management of outstanding jobs – orders, service and callouts
- Proactive management of department Dashboard for outstanding works
- Order processing
- Service maintenance proposals / renewals
- Customer/Sales Team/Field Service/Credit Control Liaison
- Resolution of customer disputes / complaints
- Creation of credit and reinvoice requests where applicable
- Preparation of weekly/monthly/annual KPI information for customers
- Customer monthly meetings
- Responsible for ensuring service KPI deadlines are met within the team
- Organisation and prioritisation of own workload
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and team working skills
- Numeracy
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage KPI’s
- Flexible and ability to adapt
- Time management
- Organizational skills
- Proven leadership skills an advantage
- Team leader experience
- Knowledge of contract administration
