We\β\βre looking to add a Senior Coordinator to our team here at Chubb Community Care, to play a senior role within the team. Based out of our Blackburn HQ this role will support the team manager to ensure team metrics and goals are met coupled with the continuous improvement of key processes.

Salary: Up to Β£28K dependent on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to team manager where required β 121\β\βs team meetings etc.
- Support team training, mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Cover team manager role when on leave
- To take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of 1st line support for Team
- Proactive and timely portfolio cleanse β Terminations, site additions, adhoc cleanse
- Pro-active management of outstanding jobs β orders, service and callouts
- Proactive management of department Dashboard βstatus 76,77,79 & 95 WIP, Validations, unbilled
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and team working skills
