Chubb Community Care (Part of Chubb Fire and Security) now has an opportunity for a Key Account Manager.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with established clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on maintaining and growing Community Care’s presence within existing accounts by supporting Service, Monitoring, Projects, and Product requirements, while effectively managing ongoing Nurse Call, Warden Call, Telehealth, and Council customer portfolios.
What will I be doing as a Key Account Manager?
- Managing growth within existing accounts — Identify and qualify opportunities for additional services, upgrades, or project work within the current customer base.
- Strengthening stakeholder relationships — Build and maintain effective relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers across established client organisations.
- Achieving account‑based sales targets — Deliver agreed sales and order‑intake objectives by maximising recurring revenue and expanding service uptake within existing accounts.
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations — Facilitate and present product, service, and solution demonstrations to current customers to support retention and account development.
- Conducting surveys and producing proposals — Carry out site surveys and prepare associated system designs, proposals, and quotations for existing clients.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Proven track record in Account Management.
- Experience of dealing with Local Authorities, CCGs, Housing Authorities, Consultants, Contractors and the Healthcare sector.
- Background in the assistive technology market would be advantageous.
- Understanding and knowledge of the Telecare, Telehealth and Assisted Living sector (advantageous).
- Experience in negotiating tenders and contracts.
- Ability to think outside the box and explore new opportunities and revenue stream opportunities.
- Current UK driving licence.
