SALARY: Starting from £25,000 up to £27,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

What You’ll be Doing

As a Credit Controller, the main goal is to contact customers to collect outstanding account balances, work with customers to understand their situation and resolve outstanding payment issues. You will:

  • Work to targets for monthly cash collection and quarterly aged debt
  • Achieve monthly KPI targets
  • Manage internal stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Problem solving and process improvement
  • Update customer account information and reconcile accounts
  • Prepare overdue debts for legal action
  • Receive inbound calls from customers taking full responsibility for actions through to completion

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5. For your probationary period (6 months), this will be a fully office-based role; upon successful completion of probation, you will be offered hybrid working (2 days from home).
