Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Required – East London/ Canary Wharf – Up to £95,000 plus package depending on experience.\\n\\nData Centre Experience Required.\\n\\nI am currently working in partnership with one of the largest contractors based in London who are looking to bring an experienced M&E QS into their team due to recently securing a new Data Centre Project in East London valued around £35m MEP. The turnover for the business is in excess of £200million with one of the best reputations in London attracting the highest calibre of employees. My client typically works within the Commercial, Data Centre & Pharmaceutical sectors with values between £30m – £150m.\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Commercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ambitious and enthusiastic towards their career and projects\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience working within an M&E Contractor\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant qualifications\\n\\nFor more information, get in contact to discuss
