Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor – East London £80,000 – £100,000 + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Pension I\’m working with a leading construction contractor seeking an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a £150m Data Centre new build in East London. The project is currently in pre-construction until the end of 2026, with full completion due in 2029 — offering a long-term, technically challenging, and high-profile opportunity from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities * Take a leading role in cost management and procurement, ensuring subcontractor packages are competitively placed and commercially sound. * Manage cost planning, budgets, and financial reporting throughout all project stages. * Support the pre-construction phase, working closely with design and project teams to develop accurate cost forecasts and value engineering options. * Oversee and agree variations, change control, and monthly valuations with the client and subcontractors. * Produce and present project cost reports to senior management and directors. * Build and maintain strong relationships across the project team, supply chain, and client representatives. * Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors, contributing to their professional growth.
