Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor – East London\\n\\n£80,000 – £100,000 + Car Allowance + Healthcare + Pension\\n\\nI'm working with a leading construction contractor seeking an experienced Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a £150m Data Centre new build in East London. The project is currently in pre-construction until the end of 2026, with full completion due in 2029 — offering a long-term, technically challenging, and high-profile opportunity from concept to delivery.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Take a leading role in cost management and procurement, ensuring subcontractor packages are competitively placed and commercially sound.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage cost planning, budgets, and financial reporting throughout all project stages.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Support the pre-construction phase, working closely with design and project teams to develop accurate cost forecasts and value engineering options.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee and agree variations, change control, and monthly valuations with the client and subcontractors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Produce and present project cost reports to senior management and directors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Build and maintain strong relationships across the project team, supply chain, and client representatives.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors, contributing to their professional growth.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n * \\n\\n 4–10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with exposure to large-scale building or data centre projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Relevant qualification such as a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of procurement, cost control, and contract management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Self-driven, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities to tight deadlines.\\n\\n * \\n\\n A proactive team player who takes ownership and delivers results with attention to detail
