I am currently working with a leading Sub Contractor in London who has recently moved into new open planned offices, and is seeking to hire an M&E Estimating and Commercial Administrator to join their Estimating Department. This opportunity has arisen due to business growth and expansion within the company's MEP team, as they are looking to establish partnerships with specialist contractors throughout the city. The company offers hybrid working options, providing a modern and flexible work environment for their employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the M&E sector, with expertise in either Mechanical or Electrical work, and preferably with prior experience in the M&E Sector. The following qualifications and skills are essential:

  • Familiarity with Mechanical and Electrical products/services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Computer literacy and strong numerical skills
