CHS Group in Central London is seeking an Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor to support mechanical and electrical packages on projects up to £5m. Ideally you will have 2 years of experience and join an established team with a healthy pipeline into 2027/2028.
You will assist with CVRs, cash flow forecasting, subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts, and procurement of M&E subcontractors while preparing monthly cost reports for Directors meetings and project valuations.
