The Role: Sales Executive
Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focusedSales Executivewho’s ready to take ownership of the home-buying journey. You’ll be the trusted guide for buyers, ensuring a seamless experience from the first enquiry through to the exciting moment they step into their new home.
Please Note:This role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working. Thurs-Monday working pattern, 10am-5pm.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking full ownership of your development, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer satisfaction.

Acting as the main point of contact for buyers and all internal and external parties throughout the purchase process.

Promoting and recommending trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maximising business profitability.

Conducting market research, price benchmarking, and implementing marketing strategies to drive results.

Proactively generating and following up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Introducing buyers to their new homes, ensuring they are familiar with the property and providing ongoing aftercare.

Maintaining health and safety standards on-site at all times.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:

Proven sales experience (preferably within the housing industry)

Outstanding customer service and a passion for delivering results

Computer literacy and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
