Our client, a major player in affordable housing, mixed-tenure and regeneration projects, is on the hunt for a Head of Technical / Technical Director to take the reins of their technical and design function. This is a senior, permanent leadership role where you'll shape strategy, inspire teams, and help deliver communities that genuinely make a difference.

What you'll be doing:

  • Driving technical strategy from early design and estimating through to site delivery
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating a high-performing technical team
