The Opportunity
Working closely with the Sales Director and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, maximising value, and delivering an outstanding customer journey across multiple New Homes developments. You'll bring energy, commercial awareness, and leadership to a growing sales function, helping to develop high-performing teams while ensuring every site reflects the quality and ambition of the brand.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing sales strategies across developments and specific plots
- Leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Conducting market research to support land viability and future developments
- Managing budgets for advertising, show homes, staffing, and site-specific expenditure
- Producing accurate weekly and monthly sales reports with meaningful commercial insight
- Visiting sites regularly to audit standards, identify improvements, and drive performance
- Supporting the wider business planning and budgeting process
- Working collaboratively with marketing, land, and operational teams to maximise opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager role within the New homes/housebuilding sector
- Strong understanding of the PLC housebuilding environment
- Commercially minded with excellent market awareness
- Confident leader with experience coaching and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
