Our client, a fast-growing property developer and investor based in Teesside, is looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to join their in-house team and help shape the marketing behind exciting residential and commercial developments.

This isn't a post a few socials and call it a day kind of role. You'll be hands-on across branding, design, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, and campaign strategy - bringing buildings, spaces, and projects to life through standout marketing.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Bringing Brands & Developments to Life: Create marketing that captures attention and tells the story behind each development. From luxury apartments to commercial spaces, you'll craft messaging that connects with buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Designing Creative Campaigns: Produce eye-catching brochures, adverts, social content, presentations, signage, and marketing materials that actually make people stop scrolling.
  • Managing Digital Marketing: Keep the website fresh and engaging, manage property portal listings, and create email campaigns people genuinely want to open.
  • Running Advertising Campaigns: Plan and deliver campaigns across Google Ads, social media, print, and outdoor advertising - helping developments get seen by the right audience.
  • Supporting Sales Teams: Create polished branded materials that support commercial goals and help drive enquiries and conversions.
  • Tracking Performance: Use Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social insights to understand what's working, what isn't, and where campaigns can improve.
  • Working With Creative Partners: Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and agencies to create high-quality marketing content across all platforms.
  • Keeping Projects Moving: Juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines while collaborating with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What They're Looking For
  • At least 3 years experience in a creative marketing or design-focused role - ideally experience within property, real estate, or a visually led industry.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects.
  • Canva confidence.
  • WordPress and CMS experience.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
