The Role:
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of a development site, guiding potential buyers through the entire purchase process – from first enquiry to move-in day. You'll be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer journey at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of your assigned development, including presentation and customer engagement
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their home-buying journey
- Recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors to support buyers
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Monitor market trends and implement local marketing initiatives
- Generate and follow up on leads to keep your pipeline strong
- Carry out home demonstrations and ensure buyers are familiar with their new property
- Maintain a safe and compliant on-site environment
You’ll Excel in This Role If You Have:
- Proven sales experience (property or related industries preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Confidence in handling administrative duties and digital systems
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
