What You'll Be Doing As the field-facing star of the customer service team, you'll head out to customer homes across the region to handle minor repairs, touch-ups, and fixes.
Fixing & Finishing: Carrying out general multi-trade remedial work (joinery, plaster patching, painting, and general repairs) in occupied and new homes to a high standard.
Brightening Days: Delivering polite, helpful, and top-tier customer service every time you step through a front door.
Team Communication: Keeping in touch with the central office hub to update task statuses and check off completed jobs.
