About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive / Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Take full ownership of sales performance across assigned developments.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Promote recommended services (mortgage advisors, solicitors, etc.).
  • Maximise sales of optional upgrades and extras.
  • Monitor local market activity and competitor developments.
  • Conduct new home inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work in line with company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience; luxury or high-value product sales preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability.
  • Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Previous new homes experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
