About the Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive / Sales Advisor, you will:
- Take full ownership of sales performance across assigned developments.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Promote recommended services (mortgage advisors, solicitors, etc.).
- Maximise sales of optional upgrades and extras.
- Monitor local market activity and competitor developments.
- Conduct new home inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work in line with company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience; luxury or high-value product sales preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability.
- Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Previous new homes experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
