What You’ll Be Doing
- As the field-facing star of the customer service team, you’ll head out to customer homes across the region to handle minor repairs, touch-ups, and fixes.
- Fixing & Finishing: Carrying out general multi-trade remedial work (joinery, plaster patching, painting, and general repairs) in occupied and new homes to a high standard.
- Brightening Days: Delivering polite, helpful, and top-tier customer service every time you step through a front door.
- Team Communication: Keeping in touch with the central office hub to update task statuses and check off completed jobs.
- Safety First: Working safely, neatly, and respectfully—ensuring property protection and proper gear are used at all times.
- Closing the Loop: Gathering signed customer satisfaction sign-offs after completing your work.
What We’re Looking For
- Multi-Trade Expertise: Practical experience in joinery, plaster patching, basic brickwork, painting, decorating, and general maintenance (housebuilding background is a big plus!).
- People Skills: A courteous, friendly attitude and the ability to build great relationships with homeowners and internal team members.
- Pride in Your Work: A sharp eye for detail, a tidy work ethic, and a professional appearance.
