On behalf of our client, an award-winning new homes developer, we are recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their successful development in Selby. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with a passion for customer service and proven success in residential new homes sales.
The Role
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full sales journey from first enquiry to legal completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will demonstrate strong communication, product presentation and closing skills, helping buyers find their forever home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong knowledge of the local area including amenities, schools, transport links and competitor developments
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all homes, specifications, incentives and pricing
- Proactively manage and follow up sales leads to convert enquiries into site visits
- Conduct professional site viewings and demonstrations
- Build lasting relationships with buyers, solicitors, agents and internal teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in line with business requirements
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a New Homes Sales Executive (essential)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-focused approach
- Resilient, driven and results orientated
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Confident using CRM systems and IT packages
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
- Flexible to travel at short notice when required
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
