The Role: New Homes Sales Manager (North Yorkshire Region)
As a New Homes Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Executives across multiple developments to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a vital role in coordinating communication across departments, responding dynamically to market conditions, and coaching your team to commercial and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of remote Sales Executives to consistently exceed performance and customer service KPIs

Recruit, coach, and develop team members with clear growth plans and ongoing support

Translate regional goals into actionable sales strategies and drive their successful execution

Act as the primary link between site teams, sales & marketing, construction, and external partners

Monitor lead performance, CRM activity, and enquiry conversion through dynamic use of data and insight

Respond intelligently to local market trends, competitor activity, and financial considerations such as lender criteria and property values

Collaborate with external agencies including marketing, legal, and finance partners

Drive pricing strategies through market research and analysis

Prioritise health and safety, ensuring compliance across all customer-facing activity

Approve monthly commission structures and ensure timely, accurate payroll submission
What Were Looking For:

Strong knowledge of the new homes sales process and customer journey

Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing sales teams

Confident working cross-functionally and managing stakeholders at all levels

Knowledge of CRM platforms and data-led sales management (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)

Project management experience and ability to deliver outcomes on time and within budget

Commercial awareness and ability to adapt strategies to evolving market conditions

Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or business (preferred)
