Location:Beautiful developments across the North EastSalary:Β£32,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE Β£60,000 significantly higher)

About the Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive / Sales Advisor, you will:
β Take full ownership of sales performance across assigned developments
β Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
β Qualify prospective buyers, identify needs, and secure reservations
β Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to completion
β Promote recommended services (mortgage advisors, solicitors, etc.)
β Maximise sales of optional upgrades and extras
β Monitor local market activity and competitor developments
β Conduct new home inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
β Work in line with company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual
l.
What Were Looking For
β Proven sales experience luxury or high-value product sales preferred
β Strong organisational and self-management skills
β Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability
β Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs
β Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms
β Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
β Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
Previous new homes experience is advantageous but not essential full training will be provided.
