Location:Beautiful developments across the North EastSalary:Β£32,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE Β£60,000 significantly higher)

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant / Sales Executive / Sales Advisor, you will:

– Take full ownership of sales performance across assigned developments

– Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

– Qualify prospective buyers, identify needs, and secure reservations

– Deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to completion

– Promote recommended services (mortgage advisors, solicitors, etc.)

– Maximise sales of optional upgrades and extras

– Monitor local market activity and competitor developments

– Conduct new home inspections and ensure customer satisfaction

– Work in line with company procedures, performance standards, and the Sales Manual

What Were Looking For

– Proven sales experience luxury or high-value product sales preferred

– Strong organisational and self-management skills

– Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability

– Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding KPIs

– Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms

– Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

– Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays

Previous new homes experience is advantageous but not essential full training will be provided.
