Position: New Homes Sales Consultant

Location: North Yorkshire / Teesside

Salary: Up to £29,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus £18,000 + Uncapped Earning Potential, mileage paid

About the Role

  • Take ownership of the development sales arena.
  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Qualify customers, establish needs, and secure reservations.
  • Promote company-recommended services for a seamless customer experience.
  • Maximise sales of optional upgrades and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Undertake new home inspections and ensure customer well-being.
  • Adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and business unit Sales Manual.

What You Will Have
