The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be instrumental in delivering sales targets, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded, customer-focused professional with a passion for coaching teams and achieving results.
- Lead, motivate and coach Sales Executives to achieve reservation, exchange and completion targets
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and hold team members accountable
- Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans
- Take a commercially focused approach to sales releases and deal structuring in line with market conditions
- Ensure the CRM system (HubSpot) is maintained accurately, with consistent and timely customer communication
- Maintain high standards across show homes and sales offices in line with brand guidelines
- Support succession planning and ongoing development within the sales team
Proven experience within the new build housing sector (essential)
Demonstrated success in leading and/or mentoring sales teams
Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation skills
Confident using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Competitive salary and bonus scheme
