Got big ideas? We want to hear them. We’re looking for a seriously creative Marketing Executive who knows property, understands what makes buyers tick and loves turning a great idea into a campaign that gets noticed. This is not a role where you’ll spend your week making tiny changes to someone else’s marketing plan. You’ll be encouraged to have ideas, challenge the norm and make things happen.
Working alongside the Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll help dream up campaigns and then take them all the way from that first 'What if we did this?' conversation through to launch. And because great property marketing doesn’t happen from behind a desk, you’ll spend around one day a week at a development seeing the homes, speaking to the sales teams and getting a real feel for what you’re marketing.
What will you actually be doing?
- Creating. Campaigning. Launching. Improving.
- Dreaming up creative campaigns for new homes and developments.
- Working side-by-side with the Head of Sales & Marketing to turn ideas into reality.
- Planning marketing for development launches, new releases, events and key sales periods.
- Creating content that makes people stop scrolling and start imagining themselves living there.
- Getting involved across social, digital, email, print and offline marketing.
- Briefing and managing designers, photographers, agencies, printers and other creative partners.
- Spending one day a week at a development, working closely with the sales team.
- Making sure every campaign and piece of content feels polished, premium and on-brand.
- Looking at what worked, what didn’t and what you can do even better next time.
- Bringing new ideas to the table and having the freedom to run with them.
Now for the important bit: You need to know property. Previous property marketing experience is essential. You might currently work for a housebuilder, property developer, estate agency, property consultancy or another property-focused business. We’re looking for someone who can walk through the door understanding the property world, but who also brings plenty of personality and creativity with them.
You’ll probably be someone who:
- Has solid property marketing experience.
- Gets genuinely excited by a great campaign.
- Has a head full of ideas and isn’t afraid to share them.
- Knows their way around digital and traditional marketing.
- Understands how to turn a property into something buyers can aspire to.
- Can juggle campaigns, deadlines and suppliers without dropping the ball.
- Has a brilliant eye for brand, detail and presentation.
- Enjoys working closely with sales teams.
- Is proactive; if you spot an opportunity, you’ll want to do something about it.
- Wants ownership, rather than simply being given a list of tasks.
Why this one? Because it’s a really exciting time to join. You’ll be working for an established premium housebuilder, marketing high-quality homes and developments, while still having the opportunity to make your mark. You’ll be based from a beautiful Leeds office, work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and be in a position where your ideas are genuinely heard. Less just update the brochure. More 'I’ve got an idea, shall we do it?'
If you’re already working in property marketing and you’re ready for a role with more creativity, more ownership and plenty of variety, this could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. Interested? Let’s talk.
