On behalf of our client, a 5-star housebuilder, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Services Technician to join their dynamic Customer Services team in the North East region. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to thrive in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties.
- Coordinating with nominated contractors and suppliers for remedial works in occupied homes.
- Collaborating with your Line Manager to develop effective solutions for complex remedial activities.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues, particularly site teams.
- Communicating with the Customer Service Hub regarding completed or ongoing remedial activities.
- Handling all assigned tasks efficiently and within charter timescales.
- Acting professionally and courteously at all times with customers, colleagues, and subcontractors.
- Understanding and adhering to NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines.
- Demonstrating sound decision-making skills and the ability to use your initiative to solve problems.
