The Opportunity

Working closely with the Sales Director and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, maximising value, and delivering an outstanding customer journey across multiple New Homes developments. You'll bring energy, commercial awareness, and leadership to a growing sales function, helping to develop high-performing teams while ensuring every site reflects the quality and ambition of the brand. What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing sales strategies across developments and specific plots
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Conducting market research to support land viability and future developments
  • Managing budgets for advertising, show homes, staffing, and site-specific expenditure
  • Producing accurate weekly and monthly sales reports with meaningful commercial insight
  • Visiting sites regularly to audit standards, identify improvements, and drive performance
