They are looking for a confident, energetic, and people-focused Sales Executive to join their team in Hull. What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning enquiries into happy homeowners
- Guiding buyers through the journey from first viewing to handing over the keys
- Managing your pipeline using CRM systems
- Showcasing high-quality homes and bringing developments to life
- Promoting schemes like Part Exchange and Assisted Move
- Working closely with your Sales Manager to achieve targets
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience every step of the way
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role (new homes experience desirable)
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Drive, energy, and the ability to work independently
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
